ability not to show orders / quotes

We often don't have the orders finalized in our system to be completely accurate - giving customers full access to this information will likely cause confusion. Additional some special orders have variable freight costs which is added at time of invoice causing on orders not to be accurate. Quotes also expire so don't want them out there forever on the portal.
